You may be someone who is:
...thoughtful and perceptive
...used to figuring things out
...high-functioning in many areas of life
and still dealing with things that don’t fully make sense.
This might show up as:
...a body that feels unpredictable (MCAS, hypermobility, chronic illness)
...relationships shaped by narcissistic or sociopathic dynamics
...patterns that continue despite insight
and identity experiences that don’t fit into simple categories
My Approach
My work focuses on understanding patterns—not just symptoms.
Many of the people I work with have already done a significant amount of work. What’s often missing is a framework that connects what’s happening across the body, the nervous system, and relationships.
This is trauma-informed, nervous system-aware work that helps create more stability over time.
WHAT I HELP WITH
I support clients navigating:
Complex physical conditions
MCAS, hypermobility, and chronic illness —
especially when symptoms feel inconsistent or layered
Complex relational dynamics
Including narcissistic or sociopathic relationships
and patterns that repeat even with insight
Complex identity experiences
Including gender and trans support
and experiences that don’t fit neatly into categories
Many of the challenges my clients face are not random.
They are the result of systems — biological and relational —
that have become overloaded or dysregulated over time.
Understanding those patterns is where meaningful change begins.
